Join Bob & Kelli Phillips and crew at their annual bash on the courthouse square in Waxahachie, TX, featuring a free concert from Restless Heart! The Texas Country Reporter Festival features artists, craftsmen, music, and food from all over the Lone Star State – much of it featured on TCR over the years. It’s free, family-friendly, and fun! Pets are welcome, but they must be leashed.

The Texas Country Reporter Festival takes place on several city blocks around the Waxahachie Courthouse Square. Roughly the grounds are bordered by 287 / Main St., Jackson St, Madison St., and 77 / Elm St.


Festival guests can park in two main areas. The Jefferson street garage or the College street lot.

Jefferson Street Garage (corner of Jefferson & Jackson) – Only via E Jefferson St.

College Street lot (corner of College street & Water St.)

TCR Wisdom – Texas Speakers’ Series

Folks we meet on the backroads are a wealth of knowledge – and they’ll share it with you for free. Stop by the Wisdom Pavilion for talks on Texas History, Off-grid Living, Sculpture, and more!
